The MacArthur-Bates Communicative Development Inventories (CDIs) are some of the most widely used and recommended measures of language and communication for young children.

Web-CDI is an online administration website for the CDIs. With Web-CDI, the professional can set up children, send links to parents and caregivers to complete the assigned measure, and track progress. The parent/caregiver completes the measure on a laptop or tablet with internet connection. Upon completion, the professional can download the data and results.

The English Computer Adaptive Testing (CAT) form is a brief, dynamic assessment that reduces the number of items for which parents/caregivers must report. The CAT questions are chosen adaptively based on the individual’s response to the previous question and is designed for use with ages 12-36 months.

Developed by a team of leading researchers at Stanford University, Web-CDI makes it quicker to share CDIs with parents and caregivers and lets them completes the forms digitally.
