D. Ray Reutzel has published more than 225 articles, chapters, and books on early literacy. He is currently serving as Dean of the College of Education at the University of Wyoming in Laramie. He held the Emma Eccles Jones Endowed Chair Distinguished Professorship at Utah State University for 14 years prior to his current appointment. Dr. Reutzel is an elected member of the international Reading Hall of Fame.
