Julie L. Thompson, M.Ed.

Julie L. Thompson, Ph.D., Prior to pursuing a Ph.D. in special education, Dr. Thompson taught students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) for 6 years. Her current research focuses on teaching academics to students with ASD, direct instruction, and applied behavior analysis. She is a National Board Certified teacher in severe and multiple disabilities and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
