These supplementary screening codes are for users of the Well Screening® tool, a quick, reliable, and comprehensive way to identify kindergarten students (ages 4–6) who are at risk for learning disabilities, including developmental language disorders, dyslexia, ADHD, dyscalculia, and speech sound disorders. Once you use up the 25 initial screening codes that come with the Well Screening® Starter Kit, purchase these packs of supplementary codes to complete future screenings. There are 25 screening codes in each package, plus one free practice code; each of your screenings will require one code.
