Andrea Barton-Hulsey, Ph.D., CCC-SLP

Andrea Barton-Hulsey, M.A., CCC-SLP, is an Assistant Professor in the School of Communication Science and Disorders at Florida State University. Her research is focused on understanding factors that support language and literacy development in children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Her work is inclusive of children with limited speech ability who use augmentative and alternative communication systems to support language and reading development.
