Kyle Higgins, Ph.D., Professor of Special Education, University of Nevada, Las Vegas, College of

NV 89154-3014. Dr. Higgins’s research interests involve digital text, evaluating software for students
with disabilities, and the application of common core standards for students with disabilities.
She served as co-editor of the Journal of Special Education Technology for 6 years and currently
co-edits Intervention in School and Clinic.
