Victoria Youcha, Ed.D.

Victoria Youcha, Ed.D., is Director of BrainLine, a national multimedia project on traumatic brain injury at WETA, the public television station serving greater Washington, D.C. She was the founding director of the Court Teams for Maltreated Infants and Toddlers Project at ZERO TO THREE: National Center for Infants, Toddlers and Families. Prior to joining ZERO TO THREE, she taught at The George Washington University and directed the early childhood special education master’s degree program at the Alexandria Graduate Education Center. Dr. Youcha has worked with young children and their families for more than 30 years in a variety of roles, including directing an early intervention program, working as a child development specialist, and supporting early childhood programs to include children with disabilities. She has authored a variety of publications related to abuse and neglect, inclusion, and disabilities.
